Bangkok and nearby: 1–2 working days. Other provinces: 2–4 working days. Orders paid before 14:00 ship the same day, Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

When your parcel leaves, we send the tracking number by LINE. It shows on the courier's tracking page within 24 hours. You can also ask us in the chat with your order number (for example MS-1042).
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags on. Send it back to us; we refund to your original payment within 5 working days after we receive it. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Yes, one free size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn with tags on. You send it back; we pay to send the new size to you.
PromptPay QR, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Cash on delivery is possible for orders up to 3,000 baht, plus 30 baht.
Check the size chart on our page. Our shirts are relaxed; if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for shirts and the larger one for pants and skirts.
Cold wash, inside out, no tumble dryer. Indigo can bleed in the first two washes, so wash it separately.
We restock every second Friday at 20:00. New batches are announced on our Instagram the day before.
Yes, free pickup at BTS Ari on Saturdays, 11:00–13:00. Choose 'Pickup' at checkout and we confirm the time by LINE.
